A complete integrated driver and programmable controller capable of motion control of two bipolar stepper motors giving good torque output from a 12 volt power supply driving through the latest ST L6208 Integrated stepper driver chips.
Offering excellent performance when used with 23HS-108 or other similar low inductance stepper motors.
Operating from a remote 12 volt 2 amp regulated or unregulated power supply the intelligent board can control the function of two independent stepper motors.

Measuring 190mm wide by 100mm deep this compact system has been developed to operate without an LCD or keypad to reduce cost.
Onboard switches enable 16 way program selection with multi function pushbuttons
For start stop and program functions.
The board has an RS232 interface to enable programming of the motion control settings.

The primary axis has a position sensing input, by way of infrared fiber-optics, to enable accurate sense and movement operations, further facilitated by a capable move manager enabling sequences of moves to be carried out automatically.
